About the Role The Senior Manager – HR Learning & Development role will focus on setting up the Meesho Academy. The aim of the Meesho Academy will be to build employee capabilities that are aligned to our long-term vision.  The role will initially focus on capability building primarily for our early career hires that come in from campus. It will also focus on upskilling the broader workforce on AI and building skills for a future-aligned workforce.
