Job Description We are inviting applications for the role of Process Developer -Record to Report! In this role we require someone with extensive knowledge and experience in Record to Report- which would primarily involve general accounting Fixed asset and lease accounting month end closing ICO bank and other balance sheet reconciliations payment processing invoicing Responsibilities: - Provide R2 R transaction processing and ensuring delivery quality in terms of accuracy completeness and timeliness daily - Process Standard Monthly Journal - Fixed Assets Capitalization Maintenance and Intercompany Accounting - Intercompany & Bank reconciliation and confirmation - Sub-Ledger vs General-Ledger reconciliation review - Execute projects detail work and ensure all reporting requirement are met. - Ensure all activities on the MEC are updated. - Prepare monthly Balance Sheet schedules & reconciliation - Internal & External Audit and SOX Compliance - Intercompany (invoice processing/cross charge netting balance confirmation analysis and clearing of ICO out of balance - Resolve general accounting and reporting issues in consultation with the Team lead - Execute work in accordance with the service management framework by providing timely and accurate customer service. - Review backlog and cycle time reports to improve process flow times. - Ensure stakeholders queries are attended to and resolved in a timely responsible and proactive manner. - Identify recommend and implement solutions upon Team Leads confirmation for continuous improvement opportunities. - Strong Analytical skills to understand process issues and provide solution basis on process requirements. - Drive Continuous improvements by quality initiatives. - Others - Ensure all SL As/KP Is are met as per agreed in client contract. - SO Ps to referred while processing and all recent changes are updated immediately. - Errors are reported on the error tracker on daily basis. - All knowledge gaps are reported to FLM to seek guidance.
