Responsible for leading the strategy, execution, and continuous improvement of firmware verification, validation, and product test across Data Center SSD products. Lead Firmware Product and Test Team for Data Center Team in India working closely with global FPT Establish validation strategy, execution plan, metrics Drives product quality from architecture through development to production release by overseeing firmware test development, validation infrastructure, automation frameworks, failure analysis and qualification readiness. Highly collaborative, working with cross functional and cross geography teams Own end-to-end firmware verification strategy across enterprise SSD products. Ensure comprehensive test coverage for NVMe, security, management, reliability, performance, and customer features. Lead validation planning from requirements through qualification and release. Drive adoption of white-box, gray-box, and black-box testing methodologies. Ensure alignment between architecture, firmware design, and validation requirements. 15+ years in firmware, storage, validation, or product test engineering.
