We anticipate a need for one or more Apprentice Lineman (3rd Step or Higher) to be located at the Chanhassen Service Center in Chanhassen, MN. The starting rate of pay for the 3rd Step Apprentice Lineman is $43.59 hourly. This position will be posted for 10 Working Days from September 9, 2026, to September 22, 2026.
Summary
In this position, you will work as part of a team that is responsible for construction maintenance and emergency repairs of all overhead and underground distribution and transmission systems. Required Must have a high school diploma or equivalent. Technical school Lineman degree is required. Must be willing to participate in Apprenticeship program. Must meet Driver Qualification requirements including the possession of a valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) Class A. Must be physically capable of performing all aspects of electric overhead and underground distribution construction, operations, and maintenance work. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Will be required to actively participate in training and retraining programs, Ability to successfully work with customers on a wide range of concerns. Must work well with others and exhibit teamwork attitude. Must exhibit a high awareness of safety, and compliance with all company safety rules. Special Requirements Requires participation in after-hours emergency call outs. This position is subject to D.O.T. random drug and alcohol testing program.
