Company: Marsh Description: Lead HR Manager, Central and Eastern Europe We are seeking a talented individual to join Marsh as Lead HR Manager for Central and Eastern Europe (CEE) . In this role, you will lead HR management support across the region, ensuring HR policies, practices, and programs are aligned with business and people strategies. You will partner closely with People Managers and Business Leaders to deliver the CEE people agenda, provide guidance on colleague matters, and help drive consistent, high-quality HR delivery across 15 countries. A key part of this role is leading a team of six HR Business Partners across the region, providing direction, coaching, and support to enable strong execution, collaboration, and continuous improvement. The CEE Lead HR Manager reports directly to the Europe HR Integration and Delivery Leader to ensure global and regional consistency, and indirectly to the CEE Marsh People Leader . We will count on you to: Lead regional HR support across CEE , ensuring consistent and effective service delivery for People Managers across 15 countries, covering following areas of our Business: Marsh Risk, Marsh People and Investment, Marsh RE, and Corporate/Tech. Oversee the delivery of HR processes, initiatives, and core people programs across the full employee lifecycle, ensuring alignment with the CEE People Leader, and other regional and global People Leaders to support business needs and objectives. Provide advice, coaching, and support to People Managers across the region, helping them strengthen people leadership capability and improve the colleague experience throughout the employee lifecycle. Partner closely with HR Services and Centers of Excellence (COEs) to deliver regional and enterprise HR initiatives in line with business priorities. Ensure employee relations matters are managed effectively , in line with risk, compliance, and business requirements. Support the successful implementation of regional programs and solutions , including annual compensation, performance, and talent review processes. Lead, coach, and develop a team of HR Business Partners , ensuring clear priorities, strong coordination, effective resource planning, and timely delivery of key projects and deadlines. Drive consistency and continuous improvement in HR delivery across countries, while adapting to local business needs where required. Act as a trusted HR partner to senior stakeholders , influencing decisions and contributing to the overall people strategy for the region. What you need to have: Minimum 15 years of professional experience in HR , with significant exposure to cross-country or regional HR leadership in a multi-country environment (minimum 5 years of international experience). Strong experience across the full employee lifecycle , ideally within a complex, matrixed, multinational organization. Proven leadership capability, including excellent communication skills, experience leading remote teams, and the ability to influence stakeholders across multiple countries. A track record of building and leading inclusive, high-performing teams. Strong ability to manage complex priorities, navigate ambiguity, and deliver with discipline and accountability. Experience working effectively in a distributed HR model. Previous experience in multinational companies and/or highly complex matrix organizations. Excellent spoken and written English.
