Senior Analyst, Customer Engagement Measurement & Insights Role Summary   An AI-enabled analytics practitioner responsible for measuring, analyzing, and optimizing omnichannel customer engagement across HCP and patient touchpoints. Delivers campaign performance insights, experimentation outputs, and data-driven recommendations to support commercial decision-making.

Deliver measurement analyses across field, CRM, paid media, digital, and third-party channels Apply ML techniques to assess channel synergy, sequencing, and message performance Support design and execution of A/B tests, lift studies, and incrementality experiments Apply attribution frameworks (multi-touch attribution, Markov chain, causal inference) Integrate MMx, KDA, and predictive model outputs to drive engagement optimization Build and maintain dashboards, automated workflows, and reusable analytics frameworks Communicate findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders Mentor junior analysts and uphold data governance and documentation standards Qualifications BA/BS required; advanced degree preferred (Data Science, Statistics, Economics, CS, or related) 3–5 years in advanced analytics, decision science, or omnichannel measurement Pharma/biotech/healthcare experience preferred Technical Skills Python or R; SQL; cloud platforms (Databricks, Snowflake) Attribution modeling, uplift modeling, propensity scoring, causal inference Data visualization (PowerBI, Tableau, or similar) Familiarity with LLMs/GenAI for classification, summarization, and insight generation If you come across a role that intrigues you but doesn’t perfectly line up with your resume, we encourage you to apply anyway.
