Are you in? Your role Join our Performance Marketing team to strengthen and scale our Lead Scoring and Lead Management capabilities. In this role, you'll help optimize how we qualify, route, and activate leads across the marketing and sales funnel—using data, automation, and a new Customer Data Platform (CDP) to improve conversion and efficiency. You'll work cross-functionally and drive implementations end-to-end to ensure measurable impact. Key responsibilities in your new role Strength in Numbers: You support the continuous improvement of lead scoring models by validating, testing, monitoring, and documenting rules-based and data-driven scoring approaches Shape the Future: You contribute to optimizing a Customer Data Platform (CDP) by ensuring clean data flows, effective identity resolution, and actionable audience and lead attributes for scoring Take Responsibility: You steer a team of operations specialists and drive key lead management processes across the funnel Experience Project Management: You coordinate implementation workstreams, manage requirements, timelines, risks, dependencies, testing activities, and go-live preparations to ensure successful delivery Focus on the Future: You automate lead management workflows such as lead enrichment, scoring updates, routing processes, SLAs, and alerts to improve efficiency and speed-to-lead Stakeholder Management: You collaborate closely with Performance Marketing, Sales, RevOps/CRM, Data & Analytics, and Tech/IT teams to align scoring methodologies and operational processes
Holistic Overview: You track funnel performance, analyze lead quality and conversion metrics, assess pipeline impact, and recommend data-driven improvements Your profile Qualifications and skills to help you succeed Study Field: You are currently enrolled in or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Data Analytics, Information Systems, Economics, or a related field (Work) Experience: You have gained initial experience in lead management, digital marketing, CRM, marketing operations, sales operations, or project coordination through internships, working student positions, or academic projects Interests: You are passionate about digital marketing, lead lifecycle management, workflow automation, and data-driven decision-making Work Style: You stand out through your structured, detail-oriented, and analytical way of working and can effectively coordinate multiple stakeholders and priorities Personality: You enjoy collaborating across functions, proactively driving improvements, and translating business requirements into scalable solutions Skills: You ideally have experience with CDPs, CRM or Marketing Automation tools, lead routing and scoring concepts, dashboards, reporting tools, or data quality assurance activities
