The Manager, Credit Analysis will participate in complex credit underwriting and risk assessment for bank clients. Apply expertise in commercial credit, financial analysis, and loss mitigation to evaluate lending opportunities and manage portfolio risk.
Skills for Success
Credit Risk Assessment & Underwriting
Evaluate complex credit opportunities by identifying risks and mitigation strategies. Apply sound judgment to balance risk and business growth objectives.
Financial Analysis & Decisioning
Perform cash flow analysis using financial statements and tax returns. Deliver clear, data-driven credit recommendations.
Portfolio & Risk Management
Assess portfolio risk across industries and economic cycles. Proactively identify emerging risks and mitigation actions.
Regulatory & Governance
Ensure compliance with AML/KYC, regulatory, and internal policy requirements. Maintain strong documentation and risk discipline.
Influence & Execution
Partner cross-functionally to drive underwriting decisions. Improve processes, tools, and operational efficiency.

Communicate complex decisions clearly. Build trusted relationships across stakeholders.
What you have Required Qualifications
Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis without employer sponsorship 3+ years of commercial/private banking underwriting experience Strong analytical skills; restructuring/foreclosure experience Bachelor’s degree Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis without employer sponsorship.
