The Advanced Sensor Programs (ASP) Finance team is seeking a Production Program Controls Manager to support financial reporting for large, full-rate production programs, part-time at our Plano, TX location. The role is responsible for establishing performance baselines, tracking cost and schedule performance, supporting Control Account Managers (CAMs) in developing and maintaining program budgets and forecasts, and reporting and analyzing Earned Value Management System (EVMS) metrics. The position requires integrating data from corporate systems, including PRISM and APEX, with classified program information while ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) requirements. This position is fully onsite in Plano, Texas and requires an active Top Secret Security Clearance .

Develop monthly Latest Revised Estimates (LREs) and quarterly Estimates at Completion (EACs). Partner with Operations Finance to analyze PRISM variances. Update monthly RPLAN financial forecasts. Prepare ad hoc financial analyses to support reporting and identify program issues. Support the development and delivery of Contract Data Requirements Lists (CDRLs). Perform cost, schedule, financial, and funding analysis and reporting. Support program planning, forecasting, and financial performance monitoring.

You Must Have Typically, requires Bachelor’s in science, Supply Chain, Accounting/Finance, Business Administration, or equivalent experience and a minimum of 8 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and a minimum of 5 years experience. Experience using PRISM and APEX . Experience with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. Experience with Earned Value Management (EVMS) and Estimates at Completion (EACs). Active and transferable U.S. Government Top Secret security clearance (SSBI) required prior to the start date. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.
