This role will support the development and execution of integrated communication campaigns that drive measurable awareness, engagement, and behavior change across key stakeholders in support of business priorities, goals and initiatives. For all hires in the Minneapolis or Washington, D.C. area, you will be required to work in the office a minimum of four days per week.

3+ years of professional communications experience supporting internal, external, corporate, or integrated communications initiatives 3+ years of professional writing and content-development experience, including creating articles, announcements, key messages, social media content, presentations, or other communications materials for varied audiences Experience executing communications strategies, campaigns, or plans across multiple channels Experience conducting research and gathering information to support communications strategy, messaging, and content development Demonstrated ability to organize work, prioritize competing demands, and manage multiple communications activities, deadlines, and stakeholders simultaneously Demonstrated relationship-building and cross-functional collaboration skills, including the ability to gather information and coordinate work across multiple partners Ability to travel up to 10% Preferred Qualifications: Experience working within an agency, corporate communications, or similarly fast-paced communications environment Health care industry experience *All employees working remotely will be required to adhere to UnitedHealth Group's Telecommuter Policy.
