About the Team The AMS Work Visa team is dedicated to ensuring compliance with U.S. immigration laws and regulations across the Americas region. We manage vendor relationships, oversee immigration case workflows, and support employees throughout their visa and work authorization processes. Our team collaborates closely with internal stakeholders to maintain accurate documentation and uphold the integrity of all immigration-related activities.

TikTok is seeking to hire an Immigration Specialist, supporting the US Visa Services team, focused on immigration & mobility domains. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with multiple domestic and global stakeholders to support our continued growth and expansion.

Key Responsibilities - Act as a resource for the Visa Services team to execute and improve operational processes, ensuring accurate case tracking, data integrity, and adherence to established immigration workflows and compliance requirements - Initiate visas and permanent residence cases with outside legal counsel. - Create and accurately maintain documents and work visa files. - Act as a resource for the immigration team, foreign nationals and outside legal counsel for general information and workflow process. - Coordinate Labor Condition Application process, including posting and removing LCA notices. - Answer basic US immigration questions from employees and HR professionals. - Coordinate with internal stakeholders across operational workflows to ensure SLAs are always met - Assist with data audits as required, using logical and analytical skills to audit and interpret data.
