I.
Job Summary
The primary objectives of the Specialist, Corporate Services are to ensure execution of the National Account program. The Specialist is responsible for building a deep and lasting professional relationship with each client, as well as the internal WM network that supports the successful execution of WM programs. II. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Sales: • Assist the Strategic Account Manager (SAM) and Project Managers (PM) in the execution of new program initiatives including right sizing, renewals, growth, acquisitions, mergers and the addition of new services such as compact monitors, and Lamptracker • Achieves a Renewal Rate of 90% of customer contracts Contract Management: • Support contract compliance • Assists in execution of customer monthly audits • Participates in the launch of new customers, renewals and de-implementation • In the absence of PM, reviews and approves client specific book of business (spec) changes within governance timeline Customer Experience: • Represents the brand with the highest integrity • Works cross functionally to ensure accounts receivable (A/R) are current to contact terms and must not exceed 9.9% of total Book of Business A/R balance in 60> day • Facilitate GPA’s and/or credits • Acts as a local location client and vendor resource to escalate and address operational level activities including reporting, billing, set-up and service request • Request quotes (as needed): Services, Equipment and Damage Claims ` • Work closely with PM, as a liaison between WMSBS and our field organization to support our customers • Ensures we are meeting our service obligations by reducing and eliminating stop service, missed pick-ups and quality delivery of client bills • Prepares and support the collection of materials for client forums • Executes client specific reporting Waste Volume such as Tonnage, Rebates, Contamination and assists with the completion of a quarterly score card • Sets-up new client users and provides customer training on the E-business portal • Based on segment requirements, studies and becomes a local resource on WM’s integrated services offered: solid, special, hazardous, universal, medical, recycling (traditional and non-traditional) beneficial reuse, Lamptracker, etc.) • Monitors news associated with local facilities to address proactively customer needs. Must live and work in the US. Bachelor's Degree (accredited) in relationship management, sales, marketing, business administration or in lieu of degree High School Diploma or GED (accredited) and 4 years of relevant work experience 1 year of relevant work experience (in addition to education requirement). PAY: The expected base pay range for this position across the U.S. is $53,000-$60,000. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific salary offered to a successful candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s relevant experience, education, training, certifications, qualifications, and work location.
