Main responsabilities: Support the monitoring of brand performance and assist in preparing recommendations and action plans. Collaborate in product development projects, supporting different stages from concept to market launch as part of a cross-functional team. Assist in the coordination and follow-up of external agencies (Social Media, Packaging, Communications), ensuring alignment with timelines and budgets. Support the tracking and analysis of competitors’ performance and communication activities. Conduct market and consumer trend research and help prepare insights and reports. Assist in budget tracking, monitoring expenses, and maintaining budget-related documentation. Provide administrative and operational support to the Marketing team in day-to-day activities and ongoing projects. SOBRE VOCÊ Don't hesitate to apply if... You are current studying or have completed a degree in Business, Management, Economics, Marketing or other related. You have an analytical mindset, communication skills, and detail-oriented. You are proactive and initiative-driven, with the ability to anticipate needs and propose creative solutions to challenges. You are fluent in English. Your Excel level is high.
