To be successful in the role our interns must be self-starters who want to drive innovation to win as a team.   Additionally, we are looking for students who are:  Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree/or equivalent in Business Management, Project Management, Sports Management, or a related field   Fluent in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills   Foster effective teamwork, act with courage, embraces change, and continuously growing through feedback, reflection and an athlete mindset   Demonstrate curiosity about AI and emerging technologies, with a willingness to learn and apply new tools responsibly   Passionate about sport, athlete experiences, and driving operational excellence Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate ambiguity, identify opportunities, and take ownership  IN ORDER TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR AN INTERNSHIP YOU MUST   Be enrolled as a student for the full duration of the internship at a university or higher education institution  Be available for a full-time, six-month internship, starting on 1 February 2027  Be able to work in a hybrid model, spending three days per week at our Nike Inc EHQ Campus (Colosseum 1, 1213 Hilversum, Netherlands) and two days from home   You are currently enrolled in a full-time study program at a Dutch university (HBO or WO level), regardless of your nationality OR You hold EU/EEA citizenship and are enrolled in a university outside the Netherlands  WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON  As an Athlete Training & Service Intern, you'll help elevate the athlete* experience by supporting training programs, learning initiatives, and operational excellence across EMEA.
