Create and manage the overarching project plan and timeline for all assigned EMEA renewals, initiating pre-renewal logistics, organising vendor meetings, and managing operational, procurement, and security reviews. Collect, analyse, and format all necessary reports (e.g., financial quotes, utilization data, claims experience) alongside market benchmarking data to comprehensively support the Senior Benefits Manager in creating renewal proposals. Drive the execution of renewals post-approval by managing all administrative and operational tasks, including Workday updates, invoice setup, and cross-functional coordination with Payroll, Compliance, and Legal. Draft the employee communication strategy (announcements, intranet updates) for Senior Manager sign-off, and independently lead the Open Enrollment and renewal presentations for employees. Lead proactive benefits projects and policy alignments across multiple regions countries to identify and implement opportunities for operational improvements and standardisation. Partner with external brokers and vendors to manage benefits-related services, address region-specific needs, and hold partners accountable to operational service levels. Conduct audits and quality checks across benefits systems to ensure data integrity and regulatory compliance. Propose solutions for any issues identified and shared with the Senior manager for review and sign off.
