Primary Responsibilities
Lead Audience specific growth and retention marketing programs that drive measurable acquisition, conversion, onboarding, engagement, utilization, retention influence, and loyalty outcomes across priority Optum Rx audiences Translate business growth and retention priorities into audience-specific strategies, integrated campaign plans, lifecycle journeys, value propositions, activation roadmaps, and performance goals Own day-to-day marketing leadership for assigned growth and retention initiatives, including revenue-driving growth, audience conversion, audience activation, digital adoption, and ongoing engagement programs Build segment-based, journey-based, and behavior-based marketing programs that engage audience target with relevant education, proof points, and calls to action Lead integrated execution across digital, web, email, mobile, direct mail, CRM, activations, paid/owned channels, lifecycle, and other relevant engagement channels Partner with business leaders, product, operations, clinical, digital, analytics, finance, marketing operations, performance marketing, content, creative, legal, privacy, compliance, and channel teams to align plans, improve speed to market, and deliver measurable outcomes Monitor campaign, journey, and channel performance using acquisition, activation, growth capture, conversion, utilization, digital adoption, engagement, retention influence, NPS, attribution, ROI, and IOI metrics; lead optimizations and corrective actions Identify audience barriers, journey gaps, performance risks, and service friction; develop recommendations that improve conversion, engagement, experience, and business impact Manage marketing plans, budgets, timelines, operating routines, issue resolution, and delivery expectations across matrixed and globally distributed resources Present strategies, performance results, risks, opportunities, and recommendations to marketing and business leadership Lead and develop marketing professionals, building accountability, collaboration, operating discipline, and growth-oriented execution Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). The Company may adopt, vary or rescind these policies and directives in its absolute discretion and without any limitation (implied or otherwise) on its ability to do so Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field 7+ years of experience in B2B/B2C or B2Prover marketing, growth marketing, retention marketing, lifecycle marketing, CRM, digital marketing, performance marketing, marketing communications, or related marketing functions Experience developing and executing marketing programs that support acquisition, conversion, onboarding, activation, engagement, utilization, retention influence, prescription capture, or business growth Experience translating business priorities into integrated marketing plans, campaign strategies, lifecycle journeys, performance goals, and executive-ready reporting Healthcare,
