The competencies offered include analytics, digital, user experience, mobile technology, infrastructure, Microsoft technologies and open innovation.     The Opportunity   As a Senior in EY GDS Tech Ops practice, you will design, build, and deploy intelligent systems that streamline business and IT Operational processes by integrating Artificial Intelligence (LLMs, NLP, Vision) with automation tools (RPA, APIs). You will identify opportunities, build and operationalize AI, and automation solutions, and ensuring alignment with EY’s quality standards and client expectations. This role requires a senior developer with experience in building, deploying and managing AI & automation solution in managed services engagements.     Your Key Responsibilities

Responsible for decision-making, optimizing processes, resource management, and overseeing team management as needed for task execution. Accountable for allocating personnel, supervising team members, assigning tasks, ensuring that the team has the necessary tools and support to succeed in their roles and optimizing and evaluating their performance to meet organizational goals. Design and develop AI-powered automation workflows Integrate LLMs (e.g., GPT), NLP, and computer vision models into existing systems via APIs. Identify, analyse, and automate repetitive tasks across the life cycle of operations and engineer. Write custom scripts (mostly Python) to connect disparate platforms and build automation logic.  Monitor, maintain, and debug automated workflows to ensure reliability and high performance.  Create technical documentation and best-practice guidelines for deployed automation solutions. Collaborate with AI Platform team to identify, integrate and manage AI and point solutions into the AI Platforms. Collaborate with AI, Automation, Operations, Engineering, and business stakeholders to identify, build, and operationalize AI and automation solutions. Drive adoption of AI, automation, tools and accelerators across engagements and practices.
