Inviting applications for the role of Data Scientist We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Data Scientist to join our dynamic AI & Analytics team. As a Data Scientist, you will be instrumental in leading complex data science projects, from conceptualization and model development to deployment and impact measurement. You will leverage your deep expertise in machine learning, statistical modeling, and data engineering to solve critical business problems for our diverse portfolio of global clients. This role requires a strong blend of technical prowess, strategic thinking, and exceptional communication skills to drive innovation and deliver measurable value.

Project Leadership & Strategy Lead the end-to-end development and deployment of advanced analytical and machine learning models to address complex business challenges. Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, product managers, and engineering teams to define problem statements, gather requirements, and translate them into robust data science solutions. Drive the strategic direction of data science initiatives, identifying opportunities for innovation and impact across various industries and functions. Model Development & Implementation: Design, develop, and implement predictive, prescriptive, and descriptive models using a variety of machine learning techniques (e.g., supervised, unsupervised, deep learning, reinforcement learning). Conduct rigorous data exploration, feature engineering, and model validation to ensure accuracy, robustness, and interpretability. Optimize model performance and scalability for production environments, collaborating with MLOps and engineering teams. Data Analysis & Insight Generation: Perform advanced statistical analysis and data mining on large, complex datasets to uncover actionable insights and trends. Develop compelling data visualizations and dashboards to communicate findings effectively to technical and non-technical audiences. Provide expert guidance on experimental design, A/B testing, and causal inference. Mentorship & Thought Leadership: Mentor junior data scientists, providing technical guidance, code reviews, and fostering their professional growth. Stay abreast of the latest advancements in data science, machine learning, and AI, applying cutting-edge techniques where appropriate. Contribute to Genpact's thought leadership through internal presentations, external publications, and participation in industry forums.
