Reimagine What’s Possible  Job Description POSITION SUMMARY  The Graduate Engineer Trainee will be part of the Digital Technology team and will contribute to the design, development, testing, implementation, and support of innovative digital solutions across software development, enterprise applications, automation platforms, and business process technologies. The role provides hands-on exposure to Full Stack Development, SAP ABAP development, Automation Testing, Low-Code/No-Code platforms, Process Automation, and modern software engineering practices.   The trainee will work closely with experienced technical professionals and business stakeholders to develop scalable, reliable, and user-centric solutions that support the organization's digital transformation objectives. PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSBILITIES This position is accountable for the following: Participate in the analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and support of software applications, automation solutions, and enterprise systems. Assist in developing new features, enhancements, bug fixes, integrations, and process automation solutions across various technology platforms. Support Full Stack Development initiatives involving web applications, databases, APIs, and cloud-based technologies. Contribute to SAP ABAP development activities, including reports, interfaces, enhancements, forms, and workflow-related solutions. Assist in designing, executing, and maintaining automated and manual test cases to ensure solution quality and reliability. Support the implementation and administration of Low-Code/No-Code platforms, workflow automation, and digital process improvement initiatives. Participate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, backlog grooming, design discussions, and code reviews. Collaborate with business users and technical teams to gather requirements, analyze problems, and propose technology-driven solutions. Monitor and support existing applications and automation services, ensuring timely resolution of incidents and adherence to service-level commitments. Create and maintain technical documentation, design specifications, process flows, test scripts, and knowledge articles. Apply software engineering best practices, including security, performance optimization, version control, and quality assurance standards. Continuously learn emerging technologies, tools, and industry practices to support innovation and operational excellence.
