THE JOB: As a Bar Porter at ARIA , you will support efficient beverage operations by ensuring glassware, beer, condiments, paper products, and other essential bar supplies are fully stocked and readily available. You will help maintain a clean, organized, and well-prepared bar environment while providing exceptional guest service and supporting the elevated hospitality standards that define ARIA. THE STARTING RATE: $25.5502 THE DAY-TO-DAY: Stock and serve assigned beverage outlets, maintain assigned levels of inventory, including delivery and stock of glassware, condiments, packaged beverages, paper products, and other necessary items Maintain cleanliness of beverage areas including all related assigned bar equipment, tools, supplies, trash removal, deep cleaning, sanitation, and work area, including cleaning refrigerators, countertops, and mopping floors Complete required paperwork including bar transfers and dry stock deliveries Maintain pars of liquor, beer, and supplies in the cooler and dry storage area, ordering as needed responsible for set-up and breakdown of portable bars in designated areas Ensure the use of correct freight elevators and delivery routes to designated hotel areas and beverage outlets Organize and maintain beverage pump room areas, including pump room products, storage rooms, and warehouses, and identify non-stock items and alert management as necessary Resolve guest complaints within the scope of authority; otherwise, refer the matter to management, notify the Supervisor or Security of all unusual events, circumstances, missing items, or alleged theft Perform other job-related duties as requested THE IDEAL CANDIDATE: Is 21+ years of age Preferably has experience in a similiar resort environment THE PERKS & BENEFITS: Wellness incentive programs to help you stay healthy physically and mentally Access to company hotel, food and beverage, retail, and entertainment discounts as well as discounts with company partners on things like travel, electronics, online shopping, and more Free meals in our employee dining room Free parking on and off shift Health & Income Protection benefits (for eligible employees) Professional and personal development through programs and networking opportunities as well as volunteer opportunities in the community VIEW JOB DESCRIPTION: https://mgmresorts.marketpayjobs.com/ShowJob.aspx?EntityID=2&jobcode=12073 Are you ready to JOIN THE SHOW ?
