People who care about making things better For Those Who Make   The   World™.   Sound   like   you?   Join us and be part of a company at the forefront of technological evolution, delivering solutions that shape the future of the fastening industry.     As a   Machine Operator – Sortation   you'll   be part of our team   located   in   Stanfield, NC .   You'll   get to:   Set up machine bowls, tracks, lasers, eddy current,   cameras   and feed systems to sort assemblies to print parameters.    Dimensional and visual inspection using blueprints, product data inspection sheets, various   measurements   devices, overlays or special gauging   od   all chara cteristics of the part to   determine   inspection parameters for set up.    Ability to recognize set up, machine or feed problems and able to correct those problems with computer or mechanical adjustments .     Weigh, table and label cartons of sorted   product   for shipping.    Ability to communicate well .     Ability to prioritize   works   and   require only   moderate supervision .     Maintain housekeeping standards   to   maintain   a clean and orderly work area.    Perform routine preventative maintenance as specified for the equipment.    Ability to work overtime as needed   Any other duties as assigned by supervisor   Who you Are   You always strive to do a good job ....but   wouldn't it be great if you could do your job   an   do a world of good?
