Job Description POSITION SUMMARY The Clinical Leader leads and develops the team of Clinical Solutions Managers responsible for driving clinical adoption, training, and support across the TTM commercial organization. This role owns the clinical strategy for the business — setting priorities for training standards, implementation methodology, and clinical engagement models — while ensuring the Clinical Specialist team executes consistently and effectively across all territories. The Clinical Leader is a key clinical partner to Sales Leadership, translating field-level clinical insights, adoption trends, and customer feedback into recommendations that shape commercial strategy, protocol resources, and product positioning. This individual builds team capability through hiring, coaching, and performance management, ensuring Clinical Specialists have the clinical depth, presentation skills, and account judgment needed to serve as trusted resources to hospital staff. The Clinical Leader also represents the clinical function in cross-functional planning with Marketing, R&D, and Medical Affairs, ensuring the field clinical voice informs product development and evidence generation priorities. Success in this role requires strong clinical leadership credibility, people management experience, and the ability to operate strategically while staying connected to what's happening at the bedside. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE POSITION Lead, coach, and develop the Clinical Specialist team, setting clear performance expectations and providing ongoing feedback to build clinical and presentation capability. Own hiring, onboarding, and talent development for the Clinical Specialist team, ensuring the right clinical expertise is in place to support territory needs. Set clinical strategy and standards for training, in-servicing, and implementation methodology, ensuring consistency across Clinical Specialists nationally. Partner with Sales Leadership to align clinical priorities with commercial goals, including account targeting, protocol adoption, and go-live planning. Review team-level and account-level clinical engagement metrics, identifying trends, gaps, and opportunities to improve adoption and utilization. Serve as an escalation point for complex clinical or customer situations that require senior clinical expertise or executive-level engagement. Represent the clinical function in cross-functional planning with Marketing, R&D, and Medical Affairs, ensuring field insights inform product development, evidence generation, and messaging. Collaborate with Marketing to develop and refine clinical training content, protocol resources, and educational materials used by the Clinical Specialist team. Monitor industry guidelines, published literature, and competitive clinical landscape, ensuring the team's knowledge and messaging stay current. Support key account relationships and strategic accounts directly when senior clinical presence is needed, including presentations to physician leadership or value analysis committees. Manage team budget, travel, and resource allocation to ensure efficient coverage across territories. Ensure team compliance with BD policies, hospital credentialing requirements, and applicable regulatory standards.
