GEOINT Policy Officer The Opportunity: With all the information available today, it takes a skilled intelligence analyst to know how to find and interpret the best data to give their clients the right answers. With the critical decisions made in our military every day, we need an intel professional like you to do just that. As a intelligence staff officer you use your specialized technical and functional experience and your attention to detail to develop analyses, assessments, plans and recommendations to give your client the context they need to deliver services to their military customers. If you have strong analytical skills and a problem-solving mindset, we have an opportunity to use those skills to support our warfighters, protect our national security, and inform our nation’s leaders. As an intelligence staff officer on our team, you’ll help your client understand their operational landscape and mission environment to develop workforce professionalization and career field management plans. You’ll explore new data sources and facilitate interaction among interagency partners to develop plans to enhance training, career pathing, qualification, and mission-talent alignment of GEOINT analysts. You’ll validate information and develop tradecraft as you build assessments for senior policymakers. As the authority on your topic, you will guide your client and their customers with critical recommendations, often with tight deadlines. This is a chance to grow your expertise and broaden your skillset into areas like interagency cooperation, strategic business planning, policy analysis, and change management. You’ll share your expertise with other analysts through leadership and mentoring. You Have: 10+ years of experience as an intelligence analyst 2+ years of experience in an interagency collaboration role Knowledge of military intelligence training and development functions and business processes Ability to develop and execute plans for component organizations with unique missions, business processes, and culture Ability to communicate effectively, including developing and delivering briefings to government senior executives and military flag officers TS/SCI clearance Bachelor's degree in Intelligence Analysis, Intelligence Studies, Training, Education, Business, Organizational Management, Psychology, or Communication Nice If You Have: Experience as a military intelligence career field manager, deputy training and education officer, or curriculum manager Knowledge of GEOINT tradecraft competencies, career field management, training and education, and strategic human capital Ability to perform data analysis and create data visualizations to support analysis and recommendations to senior government and military leaders Master's degree in Intelligence Analysis, Intelligence Studies, Training, Education, Business, Organizational Management, Psychology, or Communication GEOINT Professional Certification - Fundamentals Clearance: Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance is required.
