Job Responsibilities
Ensure end-to-end transaction management activities are completed on time and accurately. Resolve exceptions and client inquiries within agreed service expectations. Provide subject matter expertise to clients and internal partners on transaction processing workflows. Manage daily regulatory reporting tasks and remediation activities, as needed. Execute assigned tasks independently with little or no supervision. Lead process improvement and automation efforts that reduce manual effort and improve quality. Maintain a control mindset and follow established procedures to support well-controlled execution. Identify issues and risks that could impact the process or the organization and escalate appropriately. Interpret legal language within provided documents to determine operational impacts and required actions. Collaborate with stakeholders to drive timely closure of breaks, inquiries, and remediation items. Required qualifications, skills, and capabilities: Demonstrate 1+ year of experience in transaction processing or operations support roles. Interpret legal language in operational documents and apply the impacts to required actions. Demonstrate understanding of the financial services industry, products, and operational processes. Analyze exceptions and client inquiries to determine accurate resolution steps. Communicate clearly with strong oral and written communication skills. Deliver high attention to detail and perform tasks with a high degree of accuracy. Demonstrate a strong sense of ownership and responsibility for assigned work. Maintain excellent client focus and customer care working practices. Hold a bachelor’s degree. Use strong computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Microsoft Outlook. Demonstrate willingness and flexibility to work during United States business hours. Preferred qualifications, skills, and capabilities: Bring experience supporting middle office or back office operations.
