Job Function: Legal & Compliance Job Sub Function: Health Care Compliance Job Category: Professional All Job Posting Locations: Petaling Jaya, Selangor, Malaysia Job Description: DePuy Synthes is recruiting for a Sr. Manager, HCC   Southeast Asia ,   located   in Petaling Jaya, Selangor, Malaysia   or Thailand.  The Sr. Manager, HCC   Southeast Asia   serves as the Healthcare Compliance Officer for Malaysia, Thailand, and   possibly other   Southeast Asia markets , providing   end ‑ to ‑ end   strategic and operational healthcare compliance leadership for DePuy Synthes’ Orthopedics business. This role partners closely with country leadership, Legal,   busines s   and fu nctional stakeholders, and regional and global Compliance teams to promote ethical business conduct, manage compliance risk, and ensure adherence to applicable healthcare laws, regulations, and company policies.   This role has a significant impact on protecting the organization’s reputation while enabling compliant and sustainable business growth across three diverse and highly regulated markets within Southeast Asia.

Serve as the primary Healthcare Compliance Officer for Malaysia ,   Thailand   and   possibly other   Southeast Asia markets .   Lead the development and execution of healthcare compliance strategies aligned with global and regional priorities.   Identify , assess, and manage compliance risks related to commercial, promotional, professional education, and other business and operational activities.   Provide proactive, practical guidance to business leaders on healthcare compliance requirements and ethical decision‑making.   Partner with cross‑functional stakeholders to embed effective compliance controls into business processes and go‑to‑market models.   Oversee core compliance programs, including training, monitoring, risk assessments, and issue management activities across the markets supported.   Partner with Legal and other functions to support investigations, audits, and interactions with regulators or health authorities.   Monitor regulatory developments and industry trends in Malaysia ,   Thailand   and   possibly other   Southeast Asia markets   to   anticipate   and address emerging compliance risks.   Prepare and present compliance risk assessments, insights, and recommendations to country, regional, and senior leadership.   Foster a strong culture of integrity, accountability, and speak‑up across the markets supported.

Education   Required:   Bachelor’s degree in Law , Business, Compliance, Finance, Healthcare Administration, or   a related   field.   Preferred:   Advanced degree or professional certification in Compliance, Legal, Risk, or Ethics‑related disciplines.     Experience and Skills   Required:   8–10 years of progressive experience in healthcare compliance, legal, risk management, audit, or related fields.   Strong knowledge of healthcare compliance laws, regulations, and industry codes applicable in Southeast Asia (e.g., local regulations, APAC codes, MedTech Europe/EFPIA
