Working Pattern: Hybrid, 2-3 days on-site per week

Impact You'll Own
• Improve visibility of key commercial metrics through interactive dashboards and reporting solutions.
• Generate actionable insights that help identify business opportunities, trends, and risks across sales channels.
• Support the successful tracking and execution of commercial initiatives through data-driven performance monitoring.
• Increase reporting efficiency through automation and digital process improvements.
• Contribute to the adoption of Artificial Intelligence tools that enhance productivity and business analysis capabilities.
What You'll Do
• Build and maintain dashboards to track sales, inventory, distribution, and channel performance.
• Automate reports and improve analytical processes using Excel and digital tools.
• Explore Artificial Intelligence solutions to enhance productivity and decision-making.
• Partner with Commercial, Sales, Marketing, and Finance teams to support business objectives.
• Translate complex data into clear recommendations for stakeholders.
Skills & Capabilities
• Currently pursuing a degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field (8th or 9th semester).
• Experience working with data analysis and business reporting.
• Advanced Excel skills, including Power Query and Pivot Tables.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to interpret data and transform findings into business recommendations.
• Proactive mindset with a strong learning orientation.
• Effective collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
• Intermediate to advanced English proficiency.
Nice-to-Have
• Knowledge of data visualization and dashboarding tools.
• Interest in Artificial Intelligence and digital productivity tools such as Microsoft Copilot and Claude.
