About this role
The Business Planning & Operations team take a strategic approach to driving impact cross-functionally across TikTok. They work with multiple business units and senior stakeholders including, but not limited to, Category, Partnerships, Strategy, Governance & Experience and Data Science. This team drives forward business growth and operational efficiency by providing significant business diagnosis and practical solutions through the use of analytical insights. Key Responsibilities - Help shape business plans and growth strategy by turning performance data into focused priorities and actions. - Explore operational, commercial, and user data to uncover growth opportunities, risks, and ways to improve the customer experience. - Design smarter processes and operating mechanisms that help teams move faster and scale effectively across Europe. - Drive cross-functional projects with Category Management, Seller Operations, Marketing, Product, and Logistics, including e-commerce go-to-market and new product launch initiatives. - Build clear, persuasive recommendations for business reviews and leadership decisions, with the opportunity to see your ideas put into action. - Research markets, competitors, consumer goods trends, and integrated marketing approaches to inform strategic choices.
