This role combines deep sector expertise with technology-driven solutions, as the VP responsibilities of your role will include:     Role Description:

A combination of execution and client coverage including; valuation, financial analysis, strategic analysis, due diligence, deal financing and process management Business and industry research and analysis Preparation of transaction marketing materials and high-quality client deliverables Development, training, and mentoring of junior bankers assigned to projects

Outstanding academic qualifications: MBA or other relevant graduate degree desirable, but not required A minimum of 6-10 years of total investment banking experience Demonstrated track record within the Technology sector is a requirement for this role; specific Software experience is strongly preferred Comprehensive knowledge of the corporate banking business and its related products, pertinent regulations and lending and credit approval processes Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word Series 79 and 63
