Take your next step to an altogether life-changing career.     Learn about the   Danaher Business System   which makes everything possible.     The Sr Staff DevOps Engineer   is responsible for   hands ‑ on   delivery and technical leadership of DevOps and release engineering platforms, ensuring automation, reliability, and compliance across enterprise software delivery.     This position reports to the   Sr   Staff   DevOps Engineer   and is part of the   Enterprise Engineering team and will be a Global role.   What you will do :   Design, build, and   operate   CI/CD pipelines and DevOps platforms supporting modern, cloud ‑ native applications    Implement and improve automation across build, test, release, and deployment processes with an automation ‑ first mindset    Actively contribute to platform reliability, scalability, and performance through monitoring, alerting, and proactive improvements    Support release engineering activities, including versioning, deployment strategies, and environment management    Implement   DevSecOps   practices, including security scanning, policy enforcement, and compliance controls in pipelines    Collaborate with development, QA, and operations teams to enable efficient and reliable software delivery    Contribute to modernization initiatives such as containerization, microservices CI/CD patterns, Infrastructure as Code, and   GitOps   workflows    Troubleshoot and resolve pipeline, deployment, and platform issues,   participating   in incident response and root cause analysis    Help define and improve operational metrics (e.g., pipeline performance, deployment success, reliability indicators)    Contribute to toolchain evaluation, adoption, and continuous improvement initiatives under guidance from DevOps leadership    Share knowledge, mentor less experienced engineers, and promote DevOps best practices within delivery teams       Who you are:     Bachelor’s   or   Master’s   degree   in   Computer   Science, Software Engineering,   or   a   related   technical   field    Strong   hands ‑ on   experience   in   DevOps ,   release   engineering,   or   platform engineering   roles     Solid   expertise   in CI/CD   tooling ,   cloud   platforms , and   DevSecOps   practices     Practical   experience   with   container   technologies ,   cloud ‑ native   architectures , and   Infrastructure   as   Code     Experience   working   in Agile   product   teams   and   supporting   iterative   software   delivery     Familiarity   with enterprise standards, security requirements, and regulated environments (e.g., SOX,   GxP )    Strong   problem ‑ solving skills with a proactive and collaborative mindset    Ability   to work effectively in a global, distributed team environment    Relevant   DevOps, cloud, or
