Growing together As a Pharmacy Technician you will perform live telephonic outreach to UHC Medicare members and their physicians/pharmacies to improve health quality outcomes (i.e. medication adherence, appropriate drug utilization). Perform telephonic customer outreach to improve health quality outcomes in collaboration with clinical pharmacists Provide additional telephonic engagement with providers and pharmacies Assess and interpret customer needs and requirements, triaging to a clinical pharmacist when appropriate Outbound calls to CAHPs detractors and Med Adh Members to improve member experience and reduce barriers to adherence drugs Document and track member engagement If you reside within a commutable distance of Houston, TX, you will have the flexibility to work remotely* as you take on some tough challenges. You will need to be in the office monthly and will need to be in the office daily during the initial training period which should last 3 weeks. You'll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role as well as provide development for other roles you may be interested in.

High School Diploma/GED (or higher) Active and unrestricted Pharmacy Technician license in the state of Texas National Pharmacy Technician Certification 3+ years of Pharmacy Technician experience Beginner level of proficiency with navigating Microsoft Office and a Windows-based environment Reside within a commutable distance to Houston, TX Preferred Qualifications: Retail and/or mail order pharmacy experience Experience with Part D claims adjudication Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
