As a Product Owner (Vice President) in the International Private Bank Managed Product team, you will shape and deliver enhancements to our managed investments platform that supports advisors, portfolio managers, and partners globally. You’ll translate user needs into a clear roadmap and actionable delivery plans, balancing scalability, resiliency, and stability. Job responsibilities
Partner with advisors, portfolio managers, and stakeholders to understand investment workflows and prioritize platform opportunities Collaborate with business stakeholders, technology and operations partners to deliver resilient, scalable, and stable platform capabilities Lead discovery activities, including user research and journey mapping, to define problems and validate solutions Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned to business outcomes and user needs Translate requirements into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and prioritized backlogs for delivery teams Use data, performance metrics, and qualitative feedback to inform prioritization and design decisions Facilitate cross-functional decision-making and align stakeholders across multiple initiatives and timelines Communicate progress, dependencies, and trade-offs through clear updates and governance routines Identify risks and issues early and escalate appropriately to keep delivery on track Drive continuous improvement across product processes, controls, and user experience Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills Demonstrated experience owning a digital product or platform from discovery through delivery Proven ability to build and manage a product roadmap and translate strategy into measurable outcomes Strong capability to gather requirements, write user stories, and manage a prioritized backlog Experience partnering cross-functionally with technology, operations, and business stakeholders to deliver outcomes Ability to navigate ambiguity, competing priorities, and tight timelines while maintaining high standards Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex topics for different audiences Comfort presenting to and influencing senior stakeholders through structured updates and clear recommendations A collaborative, inclusive working style and commitment to shared team success Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills Experience supporting wealth management or private banking investment workflows (proposals, portfolio implementation, servicing) Knowledge of investments products, platforms, or related operating models Experience contributing to platform modernization or strategic transformation initiatives Experience working across multiple regions and time zones with globally distributed partners Background partnering with risk, controls, and governance functions within a regulated environment
