Job Title: Transformation Delivery Manager Function: PMO Location: Glenrothes (Hybrid, 3 days a week on site) Clearance Required: SC Eligible Duration: Fixed Term Contract (12 months) Hours: Full time – 37 hours per week with early Friday finish We are seeking a mid-senior level Transformation Delivery Manager to lead the successful delivery of key transformation initiatives across the organisation. This is a hands-on delivery role, rather than an executive position, suited to an experienced project or programme professional with a proven track record of managing complex change initiatives and driving outcomes across multiple business functions. Reporting to the IBP Lead, you will manage projects from initiation through to implementation, ensuring delivery to agreed scope, timelines, budgets, and benefits. Working closely with stakeholders across the business, you will lead transformation projects including process redesign, system implementations, operating model changes, and governance improvements, while ensuring compliance with the Raytheon Enterprise Project Management (REPM) framework. The role is a key part of the OneRTX Process & Systems Transformation (PST) programme, supporting UK readiness activities for a major ERP deployment planned for 2029. You will be responsible for delivering critical projects within the UK transformation portfolio, helping ensure the business can successfully integrate with and maximise the benefits of standardised global systems and processes.
