General Ledger Accounting Assistant We are looking for an Accounting Assistant for our JBS business line. Sector overview The JLL Business Service (JBS) is an established accounting and finance operating Centre owned and managed by JLL to support all of JLL EMEA (Europe, Middle East and Africa) operations and is the finance and accounting Centre for European accounting processes, including: General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Contract to Billing, JBS finance, IFM and Asset Management. What this job involves Executing daily accounting activities and supporting month-end close process Posting journals entry and checking data accuracy Booking of bank statements (manual entries) Preparation of monthly GL account reconciliations Preparing any required documentation and reports Cooperating with other departments (AP, AR, C2B) and internal clients Preparing any required documentation and reports as required Desired skills and experience for this job Available minimum 30 hours per week Fluent spoken & written English Interest in accounting Student of extramural studies or a graduate is welcome Analytical skills Ability and motivation to learn quickly What you can expect from us We succeed together and believe the best inspire the best, so we invest in supporting each other, learning together and celebrating our success.
