We think different to create impact for the world’s most iconic brand. We’re looking for a Strategy Admin to provide administrative support to our Strategy leaders and broader department. This role is focused on keeping the team organized and running smoothly, from calendars and meetings to travel, expenses, and day-to-day logistics. The Work Provide daily administrative support to the Head of Strategy and Strategy leadership, including calendar management, scheduling, travel, and expenses. Coordinate internal and client meetings, including scheduling, rooms, catering, and other logistics as needed. Help organize department meetings, off-sites, work sessions, and team events. Manage department subscriptions, tools, invoices, purchase orders, and renewals. Maintain department calendars, documents, trackers, and shared resources. Coordinate with Finance, IT, Office Services, and other internal teams on department needs. Support onboarding and other general administrative needs across the Strategy team. Assist with ad hoc administrative requests and projects as needed. Who Will Thrive in This Role? You genuinely enjoy administrative work and helping a busy team stay organized. Qualifications & Skills: 1–2 years of experience in an administrative, coordinator, or operations support role; agency or marketing experience is a plus. Experience managing calendars, meetings, travel, and expenses. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Comfortable handling basic operational processes such as invoices, purchase orders, and expense reports. Proficiency with standard workplace tools including email, calendars, spreadsheets, and presentations. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. 

 $55,000 + OT Omnicom’s policy requires employees to work in the office for a minimum of three days a week, unless additional in-office days are directed by their agency or manager.
