Job Profile: Reporting Analyst Job Title: Reporting Analyst – Grade 10 Reports To: Management Specialist Location: Pune III Department: Operations / Finance / Business Support Position Summary The Reporting Analyst is responsible for developing, consolidating, analyzing, and delivering accurate and timely reports to support business decision-making. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams. The analyst will transform data into meaningful insights, create executive-level presentations, maintain reporting databases, and support management with key performance metrics and operational reporting.

Reporting & Analytics Prepare, maintain, and distribute recurring and ad-hoc business reports. Collect, validate, and analyze data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and completeness. Develop dashboards, scorecards, and performance reports to support business objectives. Identify trends, risks, opportunities, and key business insights through data analysis. Monitor reporting metrics and recommend process improvements. Data Consolidation & Management Consolidate data from various systems and departments into standardized reporting formats. Perform data validation, reconciliation, and quality checks. Maintain reporting databases and documentation. Ensure data consistency and integrity across all reports. Stakeholder Coordination Coordinate with business teams to gather reporting requirements and clarify data needs. Serve as a liaison between operations, finance, technology, and management teams. Support management reviews by providing timely reporting and analysis. Assist in preparing executive presentations and management updates. Process Improvement Identify opportunities to automate manual reporting processes. Leverage reporting tools and technology to improve efficiency and accuracy. Support continuous improvement initiatives related to reporting and analytics. Required Skills & Competencies Technical Skills Advanced Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, Power Query, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Index-Match, Advanced Formulas). Strong SQL skills for data extraction, validation, and analysis. Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint for executive presentations. Experience with reporting and visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar preferred). Ability to work with large datasets and multiple data sources. Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Statistics, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or related field. Experience in reporting, business analytics, management reporting, or related roles. Experience working with data analysis and reporting tools. Experience supporting management teams and cross-functional stakeholders preferred.
