Proficient in generating reports that enhance operational visibility and support continuous improvement. Collaborates effectively across functions to align supply, logistics, and replenishment activities. Applies established procedures to analyze and resolve standard challenges while meeting business priorities. Delivers insights that support strategic initiatives and maintain data integrity. Develops system processes to improve planning accuracy and efficiency. Demonstrates strong conceptual and business knowledge, with accountability for individual contributions that support team outcomes.

Execute regional and global supply planning, sourcing, and scheduling strategies to ensure efficient product availability and supply continuity. Monitor planning models, analyze alert reports, and proactively resolve supply chain issues, capacity constraints, and order escalations. Coordinate cross-functional activities with Customer Service, Manufacturing, Logistics, and business partners to meet customer and business commitments. Lead the resolution of unplanned events, service interruptions, and supply disruptions while minimizing operational impact. Support inventory, quality, service, and cost optimization initiatives through continuous improvement and execution of supply chain strategies. Manage stock transfer and sales orders, monitor shipment execution, and collaborate with regional planners to address operational gaps and improve overall supply chain performance.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Business Administration, Information Technology, Mathematics, or a related discipline. 3 to 8 years of experience in supply chain planning, scheduling, logistics, operations, or a related field. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint. Fluent verbal and written communication skills in English. Experience working in a fast-paced, cross-functional business environment. Your Skills Strong Analytical skills, experienced in MS Excel. Planning Experience and/or ECC/OMP knowledge. Independent decision making, demonstrated ability to perform under pressure. Speed & timeliness, proactive problem solving, initiative taking. Interpersonal effectiveness. Strong communication skills – written and verbal. Additional notes Relocation assistance is not available for this position.
