Software Developer - Market Data Derivatives

Xchanging Italy , part of DXC Technology group , is looking for a Software Developer for join in Market Data and Derivatives.

Analyze functional requirements and regulatory developments; Design, develop, and maintain enterprise applications; Produce and maintain technical and functional documentation in line with company standards; Participate in testing, validation, and release activities; Provide application support and operational oversight for the services managed by the team; Requirements: Degree or diploma in Computer Science or a related field; Previous experience in software development; Knowledge of Java , Spring Boot , JPA/Hibernate , REST Web Services , and SQL ; Experience with Microsoft SQL Server , Pentaho , PowerShell , and Java EE/Jakarta EE technologies ; Knowledge of Application Security practices and OWASP guidelines; Knowledge of EMIR regulation and the financial services industry is a plus; Familiarity with code versioning systems and build automation tools (Maven/Gradle) and AI-assisted development tools (GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT); Good command of the English language. Work Location: Milan (MI) with Smartworking possibility The position offers a gross annual base salary starting from €40.000. Compensation is determined in line with the applicable collective labor agreement (CBA:Contratto Collettivo Nazionale di Lavoro per il personale dipendente dalle imprese creditizie, finanziarie e strumentali) and based on objective and gender-neutral criteria, including responsability, experience and skills.
