In pursuit of this, Seattle City Light is recruiting for a Temporary - People and Culture (P&C) Employee Communications and Engagement Specialist, Sr. This position is expected to last through the end of 2026. This role advances our employee communication strategy and supports P&C stakeholders by helping employees understand and access key workforce supports. It is also central to implementing Seattle City Light’s employee engagement and recognition programs. The ideal candidate will be proactive, resourceful, collaborative, and able to balance multiple projects at varying stages with clarity and purpose.The People and Culture Employee Communications and Engagement Specialist, Sr. will report to the P&C Strategic Advisor with matrixed support for Workforce Education and Engagement.
