WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH The Consumer Operations team serves as the authoritative source of demand forecasting for Air Manufacturing & Innovation (AirMI), translating market insights and business strategy into actionable demand signals across multiple planning horizons. This role partners closely with Supply Planning, Manufacturing, Logistics, Sport Dimensions, Finance, Data Operations, and senior leadership teams to align on a single demand plan that drives investment, capacity, inventory, and service decisions across the business.

Key Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or related field. Will accept any suitable combination of education, experience or training A minimum of 3 years directly relevant work experience Experience developing and managing demand forecasts across multiple planning horizons. Strong knowledge of statistical forecasting methods, including time-series modeling, regression techniques, and demand decomposition. Experience leading or participating in S&OP/SIOP processes and cross-functional consensus planning. Proficiency with demand planning systems such as SAP IBP, SAP APO, or similar enterprise planning platforms. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management capabilities with the ability to communicate insights to technical and non-technical audiences. WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON You will own Air MI's end-to-end demand signal, translating market intelligence, product strategies, and statistical forecasts into actionable planning guidance that supports manufacturing, supply planning, and business decision-making. You will drive cross-functional alignment around a single demand plan while continuously improving forecasting accuracy, visibility, and planning effectiveness. You will develop and maintain demand forecasts across long-range, annual, and short-term planning horizons, ensuring alignment between strategic and operational demand signals. You will partner with Sport Dimension teams to understand product introductions, lifecycle transitions, volume shifts, and marketplace opportunities that influence future demand. You will lead monthly demand review and S&OP/SIOP processes, building executive-ready demand narratives and facilitating alignment across stakeholders. You will translate consensus demand plans into actionable requirements for Supply Planning, providing clear assumptions, risks, and scenario-based recommendations. You will monitor forecast accuracy, bias, and forecast value-add metrics, conducting root-cause analysis and driving corrective actions to improve planning performance. You will apply segmentation strategies and forecasting methodologies appropriate to different product lifecycles, demand patterns, and portfolio complexities. You will partner with Data
