If so, our Defense Systems Sector is seeking a Manager, Project Management II to join our growing team in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma . We are looking for a Public/Private Partnership (PPP) & Field Service Representative (FSR) Manager to join our team and provide on-site support for the B-1 Bomber offensive radar and low observable antenna systems at Tinker Air Force Base. The PPP/FSR Manager is responsible for overseeing logistics management, field service operations, depot partnerships, DMSMS/Obsolescence management, production support, and customer engagement to ensure operational readiness and mission success. The successful candidate serves as the primary interface between Northrop Grumman, U.S. Air Force customers, depot personnel, and cross-functional internal teams while driving affordability, reliability, schedule performance, and continuous process improvement. You will become part of Northrop Grumman’s Command and Control & Weapons Integration (CWI). CWI provides sustainment support for the US Air Force B-1 and numerous other Government platforms. Our team members complete engineering, reverse engineering, and logistics solution efforts to solve complex obsolescence problems and ensure warfighter supportability.

Responsibilities

Lead execution of Performance Based Logistics (PBL) requirements supporting B-1 sustainment programs Manage FSRs located at operational Air Force bases, ensuring timely technical support and customer satisfaction Direct supervision/management of the staff Create project plans, including project schedules and budgets Execute programs successfully by managing safety, quality, schedule and cost (P&L responsibility) Manage PPP initiatives with depot organizations Integrate requirements vertically and horizontally across the project to ensure successful execution Oversee logistics planning, repair pipeline management, inventory analysis, and material forecasting Lead DMSMS activities, including risk identification and mitigation planning Support production planning and depot operations to meet contractual delivery commitments Brief Northrop Grumman management and Air Force customers on project status Identify program risks and opportunities while developing mitigate strategies Communicate staffing and lab needs to ensure projects are adequately resourced Work with multiple engineering teams and cross-functional departments Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on affordability, schedule performance, and operational efficiency Collaborate with Internal Work Orders (IWO) and Suppliers to perform project requirements Lead proposal activities for new projects Basic Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain Management or related field with a minimum of 8 years of
