You will oversee the entire quality engineering lifecycle, emphasizing automation to ensure improved control, precision, and data integrity. Your role includes coordinating various testing activities, monitoring progress, and continuously refining methodologies to deliver reliable and efficient outcomes within the project framework. Roles & Responsibilities: - Process Controller expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - The Test Lead has additional responsibilities around leadership, reporting, and liaising directly with Suzanne. - 2–5 years in process control or automation environments - Needs monitors and manages robotic process automation (RPA) workflows, ensuring optimal performance and minimal downtime & oversee bot execution, address exceptions, and escalate technical issues as needed. - should involves coordinating with teams, logging incidents, and optimizing RPA processes to meet service level agreements and support continuous improvement. Strong knowledge of automation tools, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills are essential for maintaining operational efficiency. - Monitor automation processes - Address exception - Log and resolve incidents - Optimise RPA workflows Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Robotic Process Automation. - Experience in testing or QA roles preferred - Experience on UiPath is mandatory - All testers have technical knowledge and expertise in testing/QA, and use UiPath and automation tools. - Defect management is handled through Zephyr (Jira). - Experience in designing and implementing automation frameworks tailored to complex testing environments. - Strong knowledge of scripting and programming languages relevant to automation tasks. - Ability to analyze and optimize automated test suites for performance and reliability. - Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines to support automated testing. - Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to automation tools and processes.
