Telecom Domain Expertise Strong experience in telecom platforms including: BSS (Billing, CRM, Order Management) OSS (Provisioning, Inventory, Assurance) Product Catalog Management Charging & Rating Systems Mediation Systems Number Portability Customer Self-Service Portals Mobile, Fixed, Broadband, and Enterprise Services 3. Test Management Test Strategy Development Test Planning and Estimation Resource Planning Defect Management Regression Management Release Validation UAT Coordination Go-Live Readiness Reviews Test Metrics and Executive Reporting 4. Stakeholder & Vendor Management Executive Reporting Business and IT Alignment Vendor Management Customer Expectations Management Steering Committee Presentations Cross-functional Team Leadership Escalation Management Experience: 10+ years overall, with at least 5 years in telecom and 3+ years leading QA/Test organizations.
