We're looking for a Partner Development Manager (BCAP) to develop and execute strategic plans to grow AWS's footprint within Business Consulting & Advisory Partners, building deep relationships with key consulting firms and driving joint go-to-market initiatives that deliver transformational outcomes for enterprise customers. Key job responsibilities Work with Business Consulting & Advisory Partners (BCAPs) to identify joint enterprise clients and develop strategic plans for collaboration and mutual growth. Maintain and strengthen relationships with BCAP firms at the C-Suite and VP level, ensuring alignment on joint go-to-market strategy and sales initiatives. Coordinate with internal teams, including AWS field sales, business development, marketing, and technical teams, to maximize BCAP success in supporting enterprise customers. Build and enable partner practices around AWS, shaping how BCAPs position AWS solutions to their clients and driving innovation within industry verticals. Manage cross-functional projects within AWS and with BCAPs to drive new business opportunities; Represent AWS at partner-related events and executive engagements. Monitor market trends and competitor activities within the consulting & advisory landscape to guide strategic decision making. Manage regular pipeline and business reporting, ensuring clear communication of results, roadblocks, and achievements to senior leadership. Prepare and deliver business reviews to senior management regarding progress on partner engagements and joint solutions.
