About this role
As an Agentic Marketing Specialist, you will work at the AI-driven marketing, helping the team deploy AI-powered agentic workflows, applying emerging tools and approaches to traditional marketing way of working. You will define and monitor agent behaviors, curate our shared marketing skill library, and maintain the context layers that keep our agents accurate (e.g., brand and product guidelines). You will collaborate in sprints with Product Marketing Managers to safely deploy agents, serving as the bridge between marketing goals and modern generative AI capabilities built by central MarTech and Engineering teams.Know the user. Know the magic. Connect the two. At its core, marketing at Google starts with technology and ends with the user, bringing both together in unconventional ways. Our job is to demonstrate how Google's products solve the world's problems--from the everyday to the epic, from the mundane to the monumental. And we approach marketing in a way that only Google can--changing the game, redefining the medium, making the user the priority, and ultimately, letting the technology speak for itself.
Assist in configuring and maintaining the technical pipelines required to run automated, context-aware marketing workflows across core scaled business programs. These workflows will be powered by first-party tools including Antigravity, Gemini Enterprise, and Vertex AI. Help build and curate our shared Skill library by drafting prompt chains and testing tool-calling capabilities that enable agents to execute tasks like content localization, asset generation, and conversational analytics. Collaborate with Product Marketing Managers (PMMs) to map organizational marketing knowledge into structured schemas, helping maintain the EMEA Ads Marketing Context Graph and brand guidelines. Participate in changing sprints alongside marketing partners to prototype agentic solutions for high-priority workflows, ensuring configurations align with team templates and best practices.
Minimum qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. 1 year of experience in growth, performance, direct response, social, digital, cloud, or events marketing. Experience working cross-functionally with various stakeholders and teams. Preferred qualifications: Experience building and maintaining semantic context graphs or taxonomies to ground LLM outputs. Experience working within agile or sprint-based frameworks to deliver technical marketing solutions. Understanding of agentic system architectures and the utilisation of skills and context to produce accurate output. Demonstrated ability to translate complex technical architectures into actionable business workflows for non-technical stakeholders.
