Panelboard Coordinator - Line 4a (B-Shift)

Eaton’s ES AMER ARS division is currently seeking a Panelboard Coordinator - Line 4a (B-Shift). The hours for this position are 3pm-1am (Mon-Thurs) The hourly rate for this position is $25.00/hr per hour.    This position is also eligible for a variable incentive program.  In the Process Coordinator role, you will work with the Supervisor to provide guidance, and direction in all areas as to increase profitability, align performance with production goals, and meet customer service objectives with the overall goal of timely order fulfillment and adherence to Eaton’s quality standards. Essential Functions: You will promote a safe, engaged and inclusive work culture by proactively addressing and resolving concerns, and escalating issues to your supervisor as appropriate. You will work directly with the manufacturing team to ensure that customer orders are executed in a timely and efficient manner and that the most urgent orders are fulfilled first.  You will review orders and associated documentation (drawings, travel documents, bills of material) as needed to ensure the team has the appropriate information to complete the job and to assist with troubleshooting problems with the order documentation You will communicate professionally to provide updates on the status of specific orders, resolve issues with production and promote teamwork across departments. You will serve as a subject matter expert and support functional training efforts of the team.  Basic Qualifications: High school diploma or GED from an accredited institution.  2 years of manufacturing experience.  Must be authorized to work in the US without company sponsorship.  Must live within 50 miles of Sumter SC to be considered. No relocation benefits offered.

Associate’s degree from an accredited institution. Strong organizational and planning skills with the ability to effectively manage projects and initiatives with multiple priorities. Experience with Eaton systems including order entry (Vista), material management (DMM), MRP/ERP (AS400).  Skills: 
 Position Criteria: Strong verbal and written communication skills, persuasive skills, and analytical problem solving skills. Work with individuals and groups to effectively participate within team environment. Able to direct and influence others without formal leadership authority. Willing to work flexible hours and overtime in support of business needs.  Proficient with computers and programs including Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and SharePoint Working knowledge of Lean concepts  Must work somewhat independently and make decisions that affect the workgroup. Focus efforts on attaining assigned goals and objectives, which include meeting needs and expectations of internal and external customers. Additional Information: 
 Physical Demands: While performing the duties of this job the employee is regularly required to stand; walk; sit; reach at or above shoulder level; grip; and use hands to handle and feel.
