The Engineering Data Analysis & Reporting Analyst is an individual contributor role responsible for delivering trusted, standardized analytics, reporting, and insights across Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) and Engineering Operations Services (EOS) domains. This role enables data-driven decision-making by designing, developing, and maintaining dashboards, KPI frameworks, and analytics solutions that provide actionable insights into operational performance, compliance, risk management, and continuous improvement initiatives. Reporting to the Engineering Data analysis and Reporting Lead, this role partners closely with Engineering, EHS, EOS, Master Data Management, Data Engineering, and Technology teams to ensure reporting solutions are scalable, secure, compliant, and aligned with enterprise data and analytics strategies. The role will leverage Microsoft Fabric, Databricks, Enterprise Data Lake (EDL), Power BI, and Tableau platforms to integrate data, build reporting solutions, and maintain KPI governance standards. ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES Develop, maintain, and enhance standardized dashboards, scorecards, and reports supporting EHS and EOS governance, operational performance, compliance monitoring, and business decision-making. Design and implement interactive reporting solutions using Power BI, Tableau, and Microsoft Fabric to provide actionable business insights. Integrate and transform data from Enterprise Data Lake (EDL), Databricks, enterprise applications, and other data sources to create scalable reporting and analytics solutions. Build and maintain datasets, semantic models, and reporting layers that ensure consistent KPI calculations and reporting standards across EHS and EOS. Establish, maintain, and continuously improve the EHS and EOS KPI Registry, including KPI definitions, business rules, calculations, ownership, targets, thresholds, source systems, and reporting governance. Define, document, and maintain leading and lagging indicators that support proactive risk management, operational performance monitoring, and compliance reporting. Support the Data Analysis and Reporting Lead in managing and maintaining SharePoint sites, reporting content, document libraries, permissions, and data resources; requires proficiency in SharePoint administration, information architecture, data organization, access management, and stakeholder support. Ensure analytics and reporting solutions are accurate, traceable, validated, and audit ready. Perform data validation, reconciliation, and quality checks to ensure data integrity and reporting reliability. Translate business, operational, compliance, and stakeholder requirements into reporting and analytics solutions. Analyze data to identify trends, performance gaps, risks, opportunities, and emerging signals that support continuous improvement initiatives. Develop executive-level reporting, management scorecards, and ad-hoc analytics to support strategic and operational decision-making. Collaborate with Systems, Master Data Management, Data Engineering, and Technology teams to improve data quality, governance, and reporting capabilities. Support reporting governance processes, KPI standardization, metric alignment, and reporting best practices. Identify opportunities to automate reporting processes, streamline workflows, and improve reporting efficiency through analytics and technology solutions.
