Use your skills to make an impact   Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience, including Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, SOQL, Salesforce APIs, and platform configuration Experience designing, developing, testing, deploying, and supporting enterprise-scale Salesforce solutions Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, security model, data modeling, sharing rules, governor limits, and platform best practices Experience integrating Salesforce with internal and external systems using REST APIs, SOAP services, middleware, event-driven architectures, or other integration technologies Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement sustainable solutions Experience working in Agile environments and collaborating with business stakeholders, product owners, administrators, architects, and engineering teams Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills with the ability to evaluate multiple solution options and make sound technical decisions Proven ability to translate ambiguous business requirements into scalable, maintainable solutions that deliver measurable business value Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences Preferred Qualifications Master's Degree Work-At-Home Requirements To ensure Home or Hybrid Home/Office associates’ ability to work effectively, the self-provided internet service of Home or Hybrid Home/Office associates must meet the following criteria: At minimum, a download speed of 25 Mbps and an upload speed of 10 Mbps is recommended; wireless, wired cable or DSL connection is suggested Satellite, cellular and microwave connection can be used only if approved by leadership Associates who live and work from Home in the state of California, Illinois, Montana, or South Dakota will be provided a bi-weekly payment for their internet expense.
