Quality Assurance Specialist - IVR Testing

As a QA Tester within PNC's Retail Tech organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh, PA or Cleveland, OH or Dallas, TX or Birmingham, AL or Phoenix, AZ. IVR Testing Summary: QA Tester to support IVR and call flow testing for contact center applications. The role focuses on validating customer call journeys, prompts, routing, and language accuracy.

Postman / API Testing: Knowledge of API testing and validation using Postman. Mainframe: Basic Mainframe knowledge for transaction setup and command execution. SQL: Ability to write queries and retrieve data from databases. JSON: Understanding of JSON structures for data analysis and API response validation. Participates in the quality assurance process; follows procedures to ensure that all software products and components meet company standards and client requirements. Performs code inspections, walk-throughs, design, and test-readiness reviews. Reviews software and project documentation for completeness and adherence to standards. Works on problem resolutions and reports progress to management. Plans, executes, and summarizes reliability and validation test cases; interfaces with developers on test results. Assists in audits and reviews. Writes and executes test plans and cases for testing of software.
