As a Senior Reliability Maintenance Technician, you'll play a critical role in maximizing equipment performance and uptime across our fulfillment center. Using a combination of mechanical, electrical, computer, and software skills, you'll maintain and troubleshoot advanced technologies including robotics, automated conveyor systems, and computer-integrated distribution equipment.

This is a highly skilled, hands-on role where you'll serve as a subject matter expert and trainer, helping ensure equipment reliability through predictive, preventive, and corrective maintenance. You'll diagnose complex issues, perform routine inspections, and proactively identify opportunities to improve system performance and reduce downtime. Working independently and in partnership with operations and maintenance teams, you'll help drive continuous improvement and operational excellence.

What To Expect

Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain advanced automation, control systems, robotics, and material handling equipment. Perform predictive, preventive, and corrective maintenance to minimize downtime and maximize performance. Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) for equipment and maintenance processes within the facility. Coach and mentor maintenance technicians, providing guidance and technical support across the team. Lead maintenance activities in the absence of the Maintenance Supervisor. Respond quickly to equipment issues, diagnose root causes, and implement effective solutions. Utilize computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) to document work, manage equipment records, and track parts inventory. Support continuous improvement efforts by identifying opportunities to improve equipment reliability, safety, and operational efficiency. Perform facility maintenance activities, including electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and welding-related work as needed. Champion a culture of safety, collaboration, inclusion, and respect throughout the operation.
