The Regulatory Intelligence & Policy role supports the development and operation of Corporate Regulatory Affairs' regulatory intelligence and policy capability. Working under the direction of the Senior Director, Corporate Regulatory Affairs, the role monitors the external regulatory environment, analyses regulatory and policy developments, and translates intelligence into actionable business insights to support informed decision-making. The role partners with Business Q&RA, Government Relations, other Corporate functions and external information providers to enhance regulatory awareness, support enterprise alignment and provide regulatory intelligence that enables business-led implementation across Corporate Regulatory Affairs' remit. The role operates through a structured regulatory intelligence model that: Captures enterprise-relevant regulatory signals from internal and external sources. Assesses developments using risk-based criteria to determine business impact and priority. Synthesizes technical and policy information into actionable intelligence. Disseminates intelligence through appropriate governance and communication channels. Routes regulatory intelligence to the appropriate owners to support assessment, business-led implementation, policy development, monitoring or escalation. What Will You Do? Regulatory Intelligence Support the development and continuous improvement of Corporate Regulatory Affairs' regulatory intelligence processes, tools, technologies and operating model. Monitor, capture and assess regulatory and policy developments across Corporate Regulatory Affairs' remit using risk-based criteria to determine business impact, implementation considerations and escalation needs. Support the evaluation, selection and optimisation of regulatory intelligence tools, digital solutions and external information providers to enhance capability, efficiency and insight generation. Maintain visibility of priority regulatory developments, implementation milestones and emerging trends to support enterprise decision-making. Translate complex regulatory and policy information into clear, actionable intelligence and coordinate dissemination through appropriate governance and communication channels. Track priority regulatory developments and maintain regulatory intelligence dashboards, metrics and trend analyses to support visibility, prioritisation and informed decision-making. Policy and External Engagement Support Monitor regulatory policy developments in priority markets and coordinate the development of briefing materials, impact assessments, consultation responses and policy analyses by bringing together input from Business Q&RA, subject matter experts and functional stakeholders. Capture and synthesise insights from regulatory agencies, industry associations, policy forums, conferences and other external engagements, and support preparation for senior external interactions.
